After graduating in 2005 at the WCCMT. I started my practice in a clinic out in the Westshore. While building a client base there I took time enjoying continuing education courses that focused in Myofascial release & Structural Intergration taught by Mark Finch, Post Caesarian work taught by Paula Jaspar, KMS taping for injury, sports and pregnancy, Crossfit level 1, Pain science - Understanding Chronic Pain taught by Eric Purves, Joint Mobilization taught by Scott Larke, Craniosacral Therapy taught by Linden ( Linda ) Utting. All of my passions in these areas have developed the type of therapist I have become.
In 2010 I moved my practice to my home where I have since focused my time not only as a therapist but as a mother to three girls, and as a wife.
I enjoy art, foods of all kinds, and exercise.
I believe that a therapist - patient relationship built on trust and authenticity allows patients to truly feel comfortable.
My goal is to have all my patients leave lighter and happier than when they arrived with the hope that they will be able to return to their desired quality of life.
